The Australian Caravan Club (ACC) is delighted to welcome our 22 new members who joined at the 2017 Queensland Outdoor Adventure & Motoring Expo at the Toowoomba Showgrounds last month.

“On behalf of all members of our Club, a very big welcome to our new members who joined at the Toowoomba Expo,” our Chairman Craig Humphrey said today.  “I encourage you all to take advantage of the many benefits that membership of our Club brings.  If you have not already joined a branch, I also encourage you to join a branch.”

“22 new members is a fantastic outcome and the result of a lot of hard work volunteered by a number of our members.”

“We would like to extend our special thanks to Show Stand Organisers Lawrence and Petra Pearce and the members who volunteered, all of whom donated time over the duration of the Expo to manage the stand.”

“Our new members will now be able to take advantage of member benefits available from almost 600 businesses around Australia, of staying as a guest with one our member Hosts at one of our Farm Stays, of becoming involved in one of our dynamic committees, and chatting with other members on the members’ forum on our Club’s website to name but a few.”

“In addition, our branches hold regular musters and our Club has its national muster next month at Bingara New South Wales.”

“Next year we have a chairman’s muster planned for early 2018, and our national muster in in Denmark Western Australia.”

“As a member of our Club you are automatically entitled to attend the muster of any branch in Australia.”

This is one of our major recruitment events under our Club’s Target 500 Campaign aimed at membership recruitment and retention which commenced on 1 May 2017.

“Members are reminded that for every new member recruited, the recruiting member will receive a $25 fuel voucher during the course of the campaign which runs until 1 May 2018,” Mr Humphrey said.
