
UPDATE
- Good news – The Cutoff date for booking in for the Muster has been extended. Members can book in for this muster up until Friday afternoon 12th of June. Get in now to help us with our planning.
- Book direct with the Bundaberg Regional Council – Call Simone on (07) 4130 4162 Tuesdays to Fridays. Simone is not there on Mondays.
- There are no allocated sites other than members requiring to be close to amenities due to medical conditions. Members with medical conditions requiring to be close to amenities, contact Dianne Pugh on 1800 734 493.
- Entry into the Northern End of the Recreational Precinct will be via the Kendalls Road Gate. It will be marked with an ACC flag. Punch 64 Kendalls Road, Avoca into your GPS and it will take you to the house opposite the gate entry. Don’t take the University Drive Entry, there is another event accessing this entry.
- The Kendalls Road Gates will be open at 10am on Sunday 21st June for entry. If members wish to be sited together, please arrive together to help us accommodate your wishes.
- Unfortunately, the River Cruise had to be cancelled due to flood damage recovery. They have no pontoon.
- The Bundaberg Regional Council have strict conditions for the use of the Recreational Precinct including management of pets. Pets must always be on a leash while in the Precinct. The ACC pet policy also applies to this muster.
- The ACC Club Shop will not be attending this muster. If members wish to purchase merchandise please click on this link for the order form, print it off, complete the form including in the notes for delivery, “Deliver to Queensland State Muster Bundaberg”, scan the form and send to the email address on the order form. Orders for this arrangement must be in by 10/06/2026. Any orders after this date will incur the normal postage costs.
- As this is a showground style accommodation, it is advisable to bring a couple of hoses, a 2 gang or 4 gang adaptor and a couple of electrical leads just in case.
- There are very limited numbers of Tables and Chairs in the undercover area, please bring your own tables and chairs for the Happy Hours and games activities.
- There will be a booking for a casual dinner at the Brothers Club on Tuesday Night at 6pm for those that want to join in. The Brothers Club is 950m away, or a 13-minute walk. The meals will be select and pay for your own from the menu. The meals are reasonably priced, excellent and they are quick with service. There are specials on a Tuesday Night (currently on their website – Roast Beef or Pork for $12. This could change by the time we get there)
- Kelvin and Christine Hansen (from the Capricorn Tourers) will be attending with games to entertain members. Kelvin and Christine had several games to entertain at the NQ combined muster and members thoroughly enjoyed them. If you have a game you wish to play, bring it along. Times for games will be notified during our first Happy Hour on Sunday afternoon.
- Activities and attractions will not be organised or prebooked. A list of activities/attractions and an information pack will be issued upon arrival for members to arrange to attend at their leisure, or as arranged with other members. Popular activities and attractions include: -

This will be a casual muster for members to get together and catch-up with friends, make new friends and just have fun.
We will be calling for volunteers to help out siting vans, and helping out with games etc.
