By joining this group you are registering as a guest for the Club's Farm Stay Program. and agreeing to the following:-
Duties, Conditions and Obligations
The Farm Stay Guest:-
1. Shall be a current financial member of the Australian Caravan Club Ltd.
2. Shall ensure that their accommodation unit is self contained, requiring no additional facilities for cooking, personal hygiene, toileting or laundry.
3. Shall ensure that their accommodation unit is compliant with ACCESS (the Australian Caravan Club’s Environmentally Safe Scheme) in that it has the facility for the safe storage and transport of “Black” water. “Grey” water if specified by the host, Food waste, and general rubbish shall be transported to, and disposed of at, the nearest appropriate facility.
4. Shall ensure that he/she is informed of and comply with local rules & regulations in regard to camping on private property and which may be in force during their stay.
5. Shall be travelling or visiting, and not use the site for other than rest and recreation as part of their journey.
6. Shall do nothing that will impact negatively on the local environment, flora & fauna, or the Host’s property.
7. Shall do nothing that is likely to lessen the enjoyment of the amenity by their fellow guests or Host.
8. Shall express their appreciation of the provision of the Farm Stay site by patronage of local businesses and support of the local community by whatever means is appropriate.
9. Shall ensure that the period of their stay does not exceed 72 hours.
10. Shall at all times comply with the requirements of their Host particularly with regard to stock and other elements of the Host’s property.
11. Agrees that their entry to, and use of, the Farm Stay site is undertaken entirely at their own risk. -
